  Having used this company for a few years, we were extremely disappointed and annoyed that, when I phoned to confirm Gary's pre booked hedge trimming arrangement for the next day. (in previous years I had been let down, when he was found to be on holiday or had other work commitments). This time he said he would not be coming as he had other 'important business tasks' and suggested we re book!!! Try telling that to the hedge to stop growing and also the soil area is now needed for planting summer bedding plants. He said that he hadn't checked his diary !! We try to support a small outfit, but not worth it if it's so unreliable and so unprofessional. If we hadn't phoned to check we would have been waiting in all day. Surely a booking is a booking.
