  Rude store manager. Unhelpful.
  
  Brought some earrings for myself back in November by Christmas they had broken. Attempted to take back refused to do so as I had dropped one the butterflies off the back onto carpet and they are tiny. Impossible to find. I offered to pay for another they still insisted I couldn’t return. Went back again asking if they could just exchange them and without even an explaination they were accusing me of breaking the earring myself and trying to return. Was really disappointed in there customer service.
  Will not be returning to this particular store again.
